Welcome to the Suwannee Hulaween Work Exchange Program 
Participate at Suwannee Hulaween in exchange for your ticket to the festival!  Work with your friends, request to be scheduled around your favorite performances and in addition to an event pass, gain the experience of an incredible behind-the-scenes adventure!

Accommodation - 'Tent Only' Camping Provided
Cars will be parked offsite at the Staff Lot - participants will leave their vehicle offsite and bring camping essentials to the provided Tent Only lot onsite at the event. Participants must provide their own camping equipment and provisions. Primitive Car Camping Passes are sold via Etix at the Spirit of the Suwannee Park, and may be purchased upon arrival to the gates, should a car camping pass be preferred.
 
Check in Date - Wednesday October 27th
Workers must plan to arrive Wednesday October 27th to set up camp and prepare for shifts beginning as early as Thursday. Workers may arrive earlier than Wednesday, but will need to purchase an early arrival pass from the park at the gates, upon arrival.

COVID-19
With the current high risk of the Delta variant of the COVID-19 virus, the event is requiring all volunteers to present proof of fully vaccinated status and/or Negative COVID-19 PCR test taken 48-72 hours prior to festival entry.
